Library Orientation Training for Nursing Students
.An orientation training session for first-year students in the Nursing Department of Balıkesir University's Faculty of Health Sciences took place at the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Library.
The training, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Okan Koç and presented by Gülcan Küçükgüreşgen, Head of Electronic Resources, introduced students to the university library's physical and digital resources. Participants received detailed information on catalog search systems, access methods for electronic databases, and techniques for accessing and using academic resources.
Information on library policies and user services also aimed to provide students with more efficient access to resources. The orientation training is expected to help nursing students utilize the library more effectively for their academic studies.
